At 1 February 2023, we will start using a new ticketing system and associated Customer Care Centre. Several new features will make it easier to submit a ticket as well as find your tickets again. 


What's new?

In the new Customer Care Center, you can: 

- Add someone to the CC when you submit a ticket;

- Easily obtain information through knowledge articles;

- Get suggestions when submitting a ticket and possibly find your answer right away;

- Easily find your own tickets through a search function;

- Use filters for a clearer ticketoverview;

- See your colleagues' tickets, if you have rights to do so.

Current tickets

Current tickets can be viewed in the old ticket system for another six months. In the new system, we only include current tickets by default. If you would like to keep one or more tickets in addition to the current tickets, we can transfer these manually for you. Please let us know which ticket numbers you would like to keep.


New login

The new environment can be accessed via You will receive a new login for the new environment. As soon as your account has been added, by 1 February 2023 at the latest, you will receive a message from us. In this message, you will be asked to activate your account and set a new password.
