Logging a ticket

Tickets can be logged in the following two ways:


  1. Submit your request via this online form
  2. Send an email to customercare@courseware.nl.


Please include the following information:


  • If it applies to an authoring tool, specify which authoring tool it is and which version you are using.
  • If it applies to a learning environment, specify the URL/name of the learning environment. Please also indicate whether the problem occurs in the Acceptance or Production environment.
  • For each problem, specify in which specific course and/or with which specific user(s) the problem occurs. Please do not (only) include such information in an attachment or attached email communication, but mention it directly in your question.
  • Make your question specific.
  • Provide specific examples, with the help of screenshots, wherever possible.
  • Do you have several, unrelated questions? Please create a separate ticket for each question.
