Logging in to our portal

To follow the progress on your tickets, you need to log in to our portal. Please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Login at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you are a customer of Courseware, an account will have been created for you automatically. You can then retrieve the password for this account by clicking on Forgot your password? in the login screen and fill out your email address.

If this is unsuccessful, kindly fill out the form found under 'Submit a ticket' and indicate your name, email address, job role and organisation. We will then check and if necessary complete your data, so that you will be able to obtain a password after that.
