In Articulate 360 Teams, permissions determine what team members can do and which areas they can access. Setting these permissions correctly is important for collaboration, management, and security.

Types of permissions

Permissions are divided into three functions:

CreatingCreate and edit content in the Articulate 360 apps.
ManagingTeam, group, and account management.
DistributingManage learners and distribution in Reach 360.

A team can have multiple admins, but only one account owner and one primary admin.
If you want to transfer ownership, contact Articulate Support with:

  • name of the new account owner

  • email address

  • phone number

Assign a new admin

Only primary admins and 360 admins can add new admins.
Because these roles do not use a license, you can assign multiple admins.

? Tip: always assign at least one extra 360 admin as a backup so you’re never without an administrator.
