In Articulate 360 Teams, you can add new creators from the Manage Team page.
A creator has access to all Articulate 360 apps to develop e-learning and collaborate on projects.
To add a user, at least one creator license must be available.
Where to find the Manage Team page
Go to manage.eu.articulate.com or manage.articulate.com
In the menu on the left, click Manage Team.
You’ll now see an overview with three tabs:
People – the overview of team members
Groups – optional group structure for creators
Invites – pending invitations
At the top, you can see how many creator licenses are still available, for example:
11 / 35 creator licenses remaining

Invite a new creator
Click the Invite people button.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Under Permissions, choose the Creator option.
(Optional) Select the appropriate Group if you use groups.
Click Send invite.
The invited person receives an email with an invitation link.
After they accept, a creator license is automatically assigned and the user gets access to the Articulate 360 apps.
